This is appaling! I was appalled! Then I asked why she didn’t ask me at least explain it to me what is the regulation because I still can use my DOB and full name to get in anyway. Instead of apologizing, she rolled eyes to me and said I don’t need to explain to you, I can get another card if you need.

Miserable place. I challenge you to find the staff smiling and the floor manager is even worse. The culture must be really bad. Any attempt at having a joke with the staff is cut down straight away and treated as if customers are being rude.

I would encourage the hotel to take steps to address this issue by providing better training for their staff on how to interact with guests. hopefully the hotel can improve the guest experience and prevent this from happening to others

Good casino, the girls at the reception are kind and the people inside too. They have 2 roulette tables and many other games to play. I had a good time there.

Food was but ok but not to our liking. The dining atmosphere was let down by the casino patrons, who dressed very casually, some wearing jogging bottoms and trousers. Unfortunately, would not revisit or recommend.

Nice hotel with a really good and central location. Incredibly nice staff, and the hotel itself was nice and clean. A good room with a small kitchen with cutlery, dishwasher etc.

False advertisement for facilities. Will not stay here again! No information on the website about the sauna, jacuzzi or steam room opening at 4pm. This is a change that was made some time ago but as advised by a member of staff “they haven’t updated the website and have had many complaints about this” the only reason I booked was to use these facilities but didn’t get chance.
